We took a trip to celebrate Abby's high school graduation (and her bestie Lexi's too). She chose the state of Montana and we started planning one year ago. It's hard to believe it's over and done with. Collecting everyone's pictures has been a process and it's hard to pick my favorites. So I might just put them out a little bit at a time. God showed Himself in so many fun ways, there's lots of stories to tell.
Day 1: We flew to Phoenix so Neal and the kids could check the state of Arizona off their list. It was hot. The resort was beautiful and had a water park and we enjoyed that for a while. We ate at In and Out Burger and shopped at the mall. With the heat index at 122, being up since 2:30 in the morning and the 3 hour time change that was all we could manage.
Honestly things were so hot and chaotic and I was so tired and stressed that the trip seemed opposed and like it might be a disaster. I find that, when God is getting ready to do big things, the enemy will fight to the end to prevent them from happening.
